Make a Schedule
To manage your time over the coming weeks you should draft a schedule at the start of each week. Try your very best to get up early and to stick to what you have planned. Below we have published two schedule types - a 40 minute class schedule and a 60 minute class schedule. They are in Word format. Therefore you can edit them as you go and save them as PDFs which you can read on all your devices. Pick the one that works best for you.
Remember that the most important thing of all is your physical and mental wellbeing, so be sure to make time for that in the timetable.
