Vetting for Student Teachers (Placements)
Student teachers must be vetted. Such vetting is arranged through the relevant university or training college which will provide the student teacher with the original vetting letter outlining the outcome of vetting. This letter should be presented to the Principal who will record the fact that he/she has had sight of the original and retain a copy. If this has not been done, vetting will be arranged through the JMB.
